Training For Recruiting Solo

If you are a Sergeant that still has not been trained to recruit solo, or even recruit in general, needs to get with a Lieutenant in order to get cleared to recruit. How the process works is that the Lieutenant will train you in the process, and then you will mock recruit that LT and they will give you pointers, and pass or fail you. If you pass, you're free to recruit by yourself without an officer present. In the event you fail, keep working on what the LT says you're struggling in, and try again later in the week.

Streamlined Recruitment Process

There is a new recruitment process that is in the works that will be covered during the workshop on Friday. It slims down and assists in the better organization of the process, and doesn't flood the new recruit with so much information. Basically, it makes it to where a new recruit isn't immediately turned off because of all of the things they are signed up for in the first few minutes with a recruiter, as well as slims down the recruitment time. More details will be provided on Friday.

Staying In Contact With Recruits

When you recruit someone, it is highly recommended that you stay in contact with them to prevent that person from falling into fluff. We're not just a one and done community; we're here to grow and make KSI great again. To do that, when you recruit someone, after the process is completed, play with that recruit. If you have to get off, the next time you get online, send them a message if they're online and ask if they want to play. This helps with making sure that the recruit feels welcomed, and makes them feel like they did join a clan, and not some group of people that just care about numbers.Â

Saturday: Game Night @ 8:00 pm EST
Sunday: Unplug Day (Day where we all relax, activity isn't required)
