-Welcome to everyone. Thank you for all effort and activity out into the squad so far. We are new and fresh and it will take some time for us to grow big, but it will be worth it.

-I wanted to stres to evveryone that yes recruiting is a key element of growing a squad or community, but let's try and stray away from the whole ideal of recruiting being forced on members and that recruiting is the only thing to do to move up within the KSI ranks. Being active, helping members out, being a decent person, and turning up to events is equally as important.

-When it does come to recruiting however, I'd like everyone to use the Recruiting Guide I have provided. (link at bottomÂ of notes). Yes it isn't the only method of recruiting, but it means we can all stay uniformal and better grow our squad. PleaeÂ use the new-blood chat when recrutiingÂ people, simply post their GT and who recruited them. This allows me to add them to our member database and allows other members to see all the new faces coming in.

-Regarding events, we will get gamenights and what not worked out within the next few days and start to get a system going. Anyone who would like to host a gamenight,simplyÂ pm me. For those unaware, gamenights are just times that the squad gets together to play some games and chill out.

-Meetings will continue to be each Wednesday but will be at 6pm EST instead meaning that unless I get called in to work nothing should ever interrupt the meeting.

-I know there are many out there passionate about comp play, myself and other leaders will be getting together soon to discuss a system for competitive play within KSI. More info will be at the next couple meetings.

-Discord, so currently we have a divisional server (FA) used for meetings, squad chats, new-blood, etc. The main server is simply so all members regardless of area or division can mingle. We are sort of testing this out at the moment, there will be a proper discussion this Sunday at the Town Hall to see which method we do. (Info on Town Hall below).

-Clubs.Â As most will know we have integrated a new club system onto the forums. Simply go to Clubs tab, request to join FA, and you're gucci. If you need any assistance, contact myself or another member of the Moderation/Administration teams.Â

-For those who don't know what a squad tag is, it is the squad GT on Xbox. KSI RAPTURE FA. This is simply used as a roster for all members within the squad. If you ever get on and feel there is nobody to play with, go to KSI RAPTURE FA's friend list and ask for an invite from someone.Â

-We will be starting up a Member of the Week system. 24 hours before each meeting a topic will be made in the club where members can vote for another for MOTW giving a GT and reason. This weeks will be announced late obviously, but the latter system will start up next and every week.

-The recruitment competition is still going on until the 15th of May. Members recruited count as 1 point, members who change their GT count as another point towards their recruiter. Let's get this going and make sure a Rapture member wins! Winner gets a $100 amazon card, 2nd place gets a $50 amazon card.

-Town Hall meetings are basically meetings where the Board (Executive Staff) will get together in a voice chat with any members in the community. We will discuss issues and possible decisions being made and hear opinions from members. The first will be this Sunday with a time to be announced soon. Please, feel free to hop in, give your opinion publically, and scrutinize our leadership as you see fit.

-Finally, a training night./day will be setup soon to get all those ready and able trained in different thigns such as recruitment, leadership, etc. More details to follow.
