			"Haven has been a squad since August of '23, but its growth remained minimal. In March, they reached a membership count of 71, only to see it decline steadily to 51 by July 17th. At that point, our protagonist stepped in and had to demote an officer who had been inactive since March. This action sparked controversy within Haven’s leadership.

			Sungazer, after six hours of direct messages, accused our protagonist of coming in “guns blazing.” However, it’s worth noting that they had engaged in prior conversations for a month, attempting to assist. The squad itself had been reluctant to recruit new members or organize activities for existing ones. Our protagonist was told, “I’m not having them do it, so you better come do something.”

			Sungazer escalated the situation by making a formal complaint to Reaper. Interestingly, during officer evaluations with analytics, it became clear that some officers didn’t meet the criteria for their positions. Aside from Kat and Sun Gazer, no one had recruited a new member in a month. Reaper gave Sungazer a few days to rally his staff and get them active.
