In my experience you must have big picture thinking. What I mean is instead of thinking always of present situations you must think about what and how your decision will affect the future.

Self-awareness means having a deep understanding of one's emotions, strengths, needs, and drives.

For those of you in KSI and other clans, the way to be a leader is to learn how to follow first.

Some of you think just because it is only a game it is not serious enough. Well think about it like this, you may spend the majority of your day on X-box live chatting or playing.

These people may have a lasting effect on your skills, patience and so forth.

Being self-awre you are an honest person with your self aswell as others. Make sure when you are online with people learn to be a leader. Learn to follow leaders. Cheaters are followers. Which one will you be? A leader, or a follower
