With the migration of several channels to the social area and threads being created within the main server here is a reminder from your friendly neighborhood EDoWO. The social server link can be found in the https://discord.com/channels/379009221255102465/1227862693780914288 area follow the link and do the verification so you do not get kicked by a bot. the verification is to make sure that alts are not being brought into the server and only real people are there. This brings an added layer of security to the server so our members are better protected. Once in the server and verified the role request area exists to request roles should the bot in the self assigned role area not work. *Note the bot was having issues but has been fixed please attempt to use the self assigned buttons prior to requesting those roles*

News Team

The News team will be covering the November and December squad splits this coming week!

The News team is hiring!
We are seeking out members who are interested in assisting with writing articles and recording podcasts! These positions require time so please be mindful of that when considering applying!
We are looking to hire in some members that are confident in writing and/or recording, as well as members who would like to help create content or assist the formation of ideas/producing podcast episodes.
The following are our requirements:
Make sure you are an active member within KSI
-Be comfortable with talking to all manner of members no matter the rank and be able to do so with respect
-If you want to write articles for the news team you must be proficient with writing and proof reading. (having sample work is encouraged at the time of interview)
-Experience is highly encouraged for article writers
-Podcast applicants must have a good working mic
-Be able to have a quiet and interruption free environment
-Experience not required but encouraged

Producers are also needed and for this role it will be to aid in the content creation idea formation and helping direct the project as needed with the assistance of the writer/podcast hosts. You must be a team player to have this role and be able to work with a variety of people and be detail oriented.
