	As I ~~sit here~~, I ~~think~~ to ~~myself, what has caused Xero Deegrez division the most trouble lately? Simple answer is a lack of responsibility. Webster~~- ~~Merriam dictionary defines responsibility~~ the ~~act~~ of ~~being responsible. It defines responsible as the following: 1). able to answer one’s conduct and obligation: Trustworthy 2). Able to choose between right and wrong~~.		Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is possibly the best current game out for the 360. I see many people from my friends list not on Halo 3 now that COD4 is out, quite odd if you ask me. From what I have seen and heard this new title is the to-buy game for the end of a great year for Xbox 360 in 2007.

	~~In life you have~~ many ~~responsibilities for different things whether it is your family, your job~~, ~~or your education. You need to make sure that~~ you ~~fulfill all of~~ your ~~responsibilities no matter~~ if ~~it is~~ a ~~big responsibility or just a small one; they all need~~ to ~~be taken care of. Same goes for~~ KSI, when ~~you joined KSI you made~~ a ~~commitment and you, and only you are responsible~~ to ~~do your duties in~~ KSI~~. No matter if you are a private, a sergeant, a general, or even a clan director, you still made a commitment. If you can not~~ be ~~responsible~~ and ~~fulfill your duties you need to~~ let ~~someone know or be prepared to be replaced~~.		Considering so many KSI members play COD4, you might find yourself asking your Leaders if KSI has a division yet. Well I'm not too sure about an official Division over in COD4 but the newest eddition to KSI is a COD4 website and believe me when I say this site is simply AMAZING! Please take a few minutes to stop by KSI COD4's website and be thankful that KSI has such great teamwork to get our sites up and running let alone maintain them.

	I write about this now because of what has happened this past weekend with co-founders not doing their duties as well as people not being responsible for coming to the leaders meeting. In KSI, and especially XD, our leaders will not stand for this. Now I leave you with one final question; have you fulfilled your responsibilities to KSI? If not it is your job to do something about it.
