1. Brown meat: Cook in olive oil until browned. Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft&lt;br /&gt;

2. Build Flavor: Stir in tomato paste and cook 2 minutes. Add in marinara and broth; bring to boil&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. Cook Noodles: Add broken lasagna noodles. Simmer 12-20 minutes until al dente.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. Finish: Stir in cream and cheeses. Top with ricotta cheese. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Additional Tips: For a thicker soup reduce broth to 3 cups or simmer longer.&lt;br /&gt;
