=== Early Department Ops - 2013 - 2014 ===

==== News Team (2013-2015) ====
After the split of KSI.com and KSI.org, most of the KSI.com department operations were nearly dead with zero activity giving Anatomy the absolute best chance to work through rebuilding. Anatomy got his first real start in his Web Operations career by joining the KSI News Team in 2013 along side the likes of KSI BlazZze 7 and KSI Miss Lolo 7. With no staff or leadership to work with other than KSI Kered 7, Forums Admin, Anatomy really got the chance to build as he saw fit. While the team never grew to crazy staffing levels, the amount of work that Anatomy, BlazZze and Miss Lolo put out during this time was enough to be cornerstones of each members KSI Hall of Fame inductions. The trio went on to put out daily articles between late 2013 - 2014, rewrote many of the outdated handbooks such as the KSI Standard Operating Guide, Moderation / Administration Handbook and KSI Official Member Handbook. Anatomy would push BlazZze to take the promotion to Department Head of News Team which quickly after BlazZze would promote Anatomy to Co-Department Head. As the team continued to move in a positive direction it became necessary to run a larger management staff for the News Team so Anatomy would move up to Department Head of News Team Management and BlazZze would become Department Head of News Team Staff. Anatomy and BlazZze worked together so heavily together that both members were awarded the 2013 News Staff of the Year award. Anatomy would stay heavily involved with News Team even after 2014.  

==== AAP (late 2013 - 2014) ====
Anatomy joined AAP in late 2013 after slowly starting to step out of his Clan Operations roles, joining the AAP Team under KSI OMalley 7, Department Head of AAP. Anatomy was a budding Graphic Artist at this point and many of the AAP awards that were being used either did not have or had very outdated award images. Anatomy's main focus on AAP was to not only help with daily department operations but increase productivity and marketability of the department by making several hundred iterations of new AAP award images to update the website. He would get promoted to Co-Department Head of AAP alongside KSI OMalley 7 and by 2014 was running AAP himself as the Department Head of AAP. Anatomy had made a large push for the staff and division support awards to be created and sold for forums points on the KSI Economy, both of which were huge successes. 

==== Productions Team (2014 - early 2015) ====
Continuing on his mission to work to revive as many areas of the KSI Web Operations as he could Anatomy joined the KSI Productions team as a staff member. The former Department Head of Productions, KSI SHEWOLF 7, was removed from her positions around the end of 2014 which gave Anatomy the change to step up to Department Head of Productions to work to try to salvage the team. This was the first department where Anatomy was not as successful with a completely revival as he had hoped so he stepped down from the Department Head postion by early 2015 as at the time his video editing skills were too low for the needs of the team. Anatomy would return by the end of 2016 alongside KSI Nex Addo 7 to revive more properly. 

==== Graphics Team (2013 - mid 2015) ====
Anatomy was extremely interested in learning graphics after seeing a lot of the work done by what he saw as some of the greatest KSI GFX Artists ever, such as Erbs, minitank, DRKZ, aR*sins, Jaygo, Robin, and Royal 7. Anatomy joined the team right as this group of designers were slowly leaving the team. The gave Anatomy the rude awakening he needed about how to learn graphics more properly and not have an ego he did not have the skills at this point to hold. Anatomy joine as a Trial Graphic Artist only getting self promoted to full time Graphic Artist and shortly after that Art Director after the last "old school" designer moved on from the team. Anatomy would stay heavily involved in the Graphics Team even after 2015 however after being stripped of all positions in May 2015, Graphics was included so there are some void years where Anatomy was not on the team.

==== Tech Director over Treadstone - 2014 ====
The creation of the Tech and Senior Tech Director was Anatomy's idea in order to work similar to that of the Clan Operations positions of the same name (Director and Senior Director) to represent a division in terms of helping them get onto the KSI Forums. Anatomy, at the time was a Global Moderator, was promoted to Tech Director over the Treadstone (TS) division due to them being the only division on PlayStation 3 -- Anatomy being the only member of the Moderation / Administration staff with a PS3. During his time at this title Anatomy worked to help get members like KSI_Johnson_7, KSI_Posedion_7, and KSI_ravemidnite_7 more heavily involved with the KSI Web Operations side of KSI (2 of the 3 going on Hall of Fame runs themselves). This was a great way for Anatomy to reconnect with Clan Operations because by this point he already had stepped out of all Clan Operations titles and was fully a Web Ops only member. Anatomy would remain in this role until the Senior Tech Director, KSI SirRubiks 7, was removed from the community. The role of Senior Tech Director would be given to Anatomy for a very short time until he converted it into more so a Web Operations internal position, Chief of Human Resources, instead. 

==== Chief of Human Resources - 2014 - 2015 ====
Anatomy's main goal of his early Web Operations career was to continue to push KSI forward in all areas. After reviving the KSI News Team, AAP, and active work on Productions, he looked to expand outreach because there were several departments that were still dead in his eyes. Anatomy took on the role of Chief of Human Resources, which oversaw all Web Operations departments, to work to build a staff in each area -- which were all generally successful operations. Anatomy worked heavily reviving the KSI Leadership Workshops (which ended up merging with FTLA), Internal Affairs, Community Counselors, KSI Courts, Marketing, Public Affairs, and Tournaments and Events back to stable departments whilst still keeping a heavy focus on News, AAP, Productions, and Graphics. Throughout the work done here Anatomy was awarded all 4 Outstanding Service awards KSI has to offer (Outstanding Service, Silver Outstanding Service, Gold Outstanding Service, and Most Outstanding). He was also awarded the 2014 Forums Staff of the Year largely for the work done in the Chief of Human Resources position. 

Anatomy would in this role work to help create the KSI anniversary event that was dubbed "KSI Days" in 2014 where we celebrated the creation of the community for the first time in many years. Combining all the work Anatomy had done up and until this point, the event was a huge success and would be used as a foundation for the KSI Hall of Fame induction celebrations of 2020 and 2023. At the end of the KSI Days event is when Anatomy decided to rejoin Clan Operations with Crusader. Anatomy would remain working as Chief of Human Resources (alongside his Senior Global Moderator position) throughout his time as the KB Founder - LB Division Leader until he was removed from all positions by KSI BiGBT KC in May 2015.

Became the Moderator of a forum in 2013, News Team Co-Head, Productions Department Head, AAP Department Head in 2013/2014, and eventually became staff of the Marketing Team. He created the rank of Tech Director. He was then moved up to Global Moderator in 2014 and Head of Human Resources. At that time he created the then modern KSI Web Operations Framework and overhauled all Web Operations departments. He took on the titles of Head of News Team, Head of AAP, Arti Director, and Senior Global Moderator. 
From 2015 - 2016 anatomy held the title of User Support Admin and eventually became Chief of Human Resources, CMS Admin, and Art Director. He became Director of Web Operations in 2017 and was a member of the Board of Operations in 2017.
