==Article== Dreadnought split recently into Salvation! Through this split, we saw another Co-Founder promotion with KSI Hyperion WS, former Squad Leader of Dreadnought! We also got two new Squad Leaders: KSI Rez 7, Dreadnought Squad Leader, and KSI Asuna 7, Squad Leader of Salvation. We got with them and asked some questions about the road to split, life after split, and any challenges they thought they might face in the weeks ahead. From KSI Hyperion WS, Co-Founder and Former Squad Leader of Dreadnought. Discuss what the road to splitting was like for you? The road for my split was very interesting, we went from being almost shut down. This was due to everyone, but me from our original core being fluffed, to me having one other Senior Officer with me. While I was a Senior Officer building up our core, I was trying to get another former Squad Leader back, to having people wanting to rank up at an ungodly rate at the end due to me having the right people around me. I couldn’t have done it without Rez, Asuna, Krimsyn or Omega. How have things been for you since the split? Since the split I have found myself to be bored. Challenges that might lie ahead of you in your new role? Only challenge I have had is not having anything to do and keeping myself sidelined. What are you expecting to see out of the 2 squads? I expect both of my squads to do amazing! They are already paving the way and showing the rest of the community why they are where they are now. From KSI Rez 7, Squad Leader of Dreadnought. Discuss what the road to splitting was like for you? At first it felt like we wouldn’t be splitting until the end of summer, with no insight of what state we would be in as a unit. Then, I was worried about us in the officer core having reached our initial goals to progress but then stagnating as time went on, it wasn’t until early-mid June when the sun's rays started blinking through the clouds in the KSI sky. How have things been for you since the split? Granted it’s been a short time, we already have people working and knocking at the door to become future officers in KSI, activity is still strong even after the split and our ppl are still doing work as we talk. Challenges that might lie ahead of you in your new role? This is not my first time as a Squad Leader exactly, but it is my first time as an Squad Leader in a proper and stable squad during this generation. From my point of view, my only challenge is proving I’m capable and deserving of being in the hall of Dreadnought’s Squad Leaders and adding my name to that list. What are your goals for the squad going forward? Participation and working profoundly with the strength and capabilities of my staff, as this is my first time working with the vast majority of the individuals and their associates in a scene I’ve shared with them for years, but never worked alongside with, this squad will be great! From KSI Asuna 7, Squad Leader of Salvation. Discuss what the road to splitting was like for you? Honestly, in my 10 years of communities, it was the smoothest squad split I've ever been a part of. Myself and my fellow officers, having such good chemistry working together was definitely a factor. Having such a tight-knit group, who not only are close, but have the knowledge and experience to be successful, made it completely worthwhile. How have things been for you since the split? Ethereal. I have an extremely strong core behind me, people who make my job look easy. I couldn't ask for better. And I wouldn't be where I am now, if not for them. Honestly, I'm so insanely proud of not just my squad, but for Dreadnought as well. Being a part of them, and of this split, has been a major honor. Challenges that might lie ahead of you in your new role? I can't say anything in particular. I've done this for over a decade, so I already know what's expected of me. You can never really predict challenges, but confront them when they come, and learn and grow. What are your goals for the squad going forward? I have small goals set in place. Our first is reaching 50 members, which we've nearly already done in just a few days' time. As I said previously, my officer core is killin' it. But most importantly, my overall goal as a Squad Leader is ensuring my members have a memorable experience. I want them to experience what I got to feel back in 2014 when I first joined KSI. That feeling of family, of a place that you can turn to for comfort. Everything I do, I do for my members.
