Exciting news for KSI! A brand-new squad has been formed to take Twisted Reality to the next level. This team, made up of talented and passionate members, is dedicated to enhancing our gaming experience, fostering collaboration, and building innovative initiatives to engage players. Their mission is to ensure every member feels supported and empowered to enjoy and contribute to this thriving community. We spoke with the 3 new leaders who are taking over the respected positions: Eevee taking over Karma, Panda SR 7 taking over Shanghai and Mysticnyxfox 7 who is overseeing them and becoming the new Co-founder. We first speak to Eevee on how the split has been for their squad, “Over the past 20 years, each split has presented unique challenges, and while we faced some hurdles this time, we ultimately prevailed with a cohesive officer staff. It's been six days since the split, and despite 99% of my officers being on leave of absence due to our former squad leader's early separation, everything has been running smoothly so far. My main goals for the squad remain consistent: creating a safe space for all members, providing effective training that translates to real-life leadership skills, and ensuring everyone has fun. I believe that if you're no longer enjoying the experience, it's time to step back. Overall, this split has been manageable, and I’m optimistic about our continued progress.” Panda follows that up by speaking on how the road to the split has been for them in their new squad and future plans to make Shanghai work, “The road to splitting was both fun and challenging, as it required me to ensure that both I and the members joining me were fully prepared. Since the split, my squad has been gradually growing, and we’re learning what it means to be a cohesive team while enjoying ourselves along the way. One challenge I foresee is maintaining consistent communication with everyone, as it can sometimes be difficult to stay on the same page. My goals for the squad are straightforward: to grow, have fun, and eventually split into two squads. I want to look back and proudly say that I played a key role in making that happen.” Our final discussion comes from Mystic who gets to oversee the squads and how their progress to this point has come, “My experience with the split was unique since I was only the squad leader of Karma for a month and a half. The main focus was getting the staff on the same page and training them to handle future responsibilities. While the split itself wasn't difficult, I wanted to ensure everyone was prepared for their upcoming transitions to new squads. Since the split, I've been working with both squads to help them stay on track and achieve their goals. One challenge has been my reduced involvement, as I previously took an active role in all aspects of leadership, often doing tasks alongside my team instead of just delegating.” With this new team in place, the future of Twisted Reality looks brighter than ever. Their creativity, commitment, and collaborative spirit will undoubtedly lead to exciting developments and unforgettable experiences for everyone involved.
