Big changes are underway in our Viking Horde Division as these remarkable leaders step up to take on new roles and responsibilities. First up is Kainamic who has created and taken over Valkyrie, “The road to splitting was enjoyable as we made significant progress in motivating our members, promoting many to Cadet and Officer roles, which increased recruitment. However, we faced challenges due to last-minute changes, transfers, and real-life situations that led some individuals to leave KSI. Rebuilding a new squad is tough, but with a dedicated team, we aim to motivate and promote our members to facilitate another split and create more opportunities. My focus going forward will be on enhancing our officer core and increasing member activity and potential promotions. With a strong officer core, rebuilding the squad and attracting new, engaged members should be manageable.” Mad Max who has taken over Oathbound from his predecessor Lady had this to say about the split, “The road to splitting was both challenging and rewarding, requiring careful planning and communication to ensure a smooth transition for our members. Since the split, I’ve experienced a mix of excitement and adjustment, feeling empowered as we build a unique identity and sense of purpose within the squad. However, I anticipate challenges in maintaining team cohesion, integrating new members, and balancing individual needs while keeping everyone motivated. To overcome these hurdles, I must stay adaptable, supportive, and consistent in my leadership. My goals include fostering a cohesive squad culture, promoting skill development, and ensuring each member feels valued, ultimately aiming to become a respected and trusted team.” As these leaders step into their new roles, their passion and commitment promise a bright future for our Viking Horde Division.
