Originally joining in late 2009, KSI BlazZze 7 (then KSI x HiTmAn) would begin his ClanOps journey in [[Lost Empire]], and join a very small squad, Forgotten Kings (FK).There was no stable leadership in the squad at the time so it was a quick climb to the Squad Leader role (then called 'General'). At first, it was difficult to grow the squad. It wasn't until after a few different people joined the squad before numbers started rising. Individuals such as [[KSI Decisions]], [[KSI itzzzzzJake]], and [[Ksi McBain|KSI McBain]] (to name a few) were pivotal to the success of the squad. The Co-Division Leader role was vacate at the time, leaving BlazZze as the second highest ranking member in the division. Before long, these low ranking squad members would spark a desire to get more involved, leading to a cohesive division constantly budding with new leaders. However, BlazZze was soon going to make his first mistake. Even today, it's not clear if it was favoritism or just a lapse in judgement, but BlazZze would promote a Squad Leader to Co-Founder over two other individuals who had held the rank of Squad Leader longer and were just as successful. With LE no longer being in [[KSI (.org)]], He would be approached by senior leadership and asked to step down from Director to rebuild LE as its Division Leader again. He would accept the demotion, but within the next few days, a resignation would be submitted and BlazZze would take his leave.

FTLA, as a program, was available for various members in KSI to learn more about how to be a successful leader within the larger community. During the time, it was standard for anyone looking to participate in the community seriously to complete the basic FTLA course. Courses would last multiple weeks, with 'class' occurring once a week for about an hour. Often times, we'd talk through mock scenarios you might face in a leadership role. The role of the students would be to collaborate on the scenario regarding how best to deal with the scenario, while the instructor softly guides them to the correct outcome.

Heavily inspired by Friday Night Fights, a weekly 'partnered' tournament many members of [[KSI (.com)]] would participate in, Weekend Warfare was created to be a single or double elimination tournament available for anyone in KSI to participate in. BlazZze would be the bracket keeper from the creation of 'Weekend Warfare' until he "retired" following the fall of [[Lost Empire]]. Originally joining in late 2009, KSI x HiTmAn would begin his ClanOps journey in [[Lost Empire]], and join a very small squad, Forgotten Kings (FK).There was no stable leadership in the squad at the time so it was a quick climb to the Squad Leader role (then called 'General'). At first, it was difficult to grow the squad. It wasn't until after a few different people joined the squad before numbers started rising. Individuals such as [[KSI Decisions]], [[KSI itzzzzzJake]], and [[Ksi McBain|KSI McBain]] (to name a few) were pivotal to the success of the squad. As numbers grew within the squad, HiTmAn decided KSI ItzzzJake as his successor as Squad Leader. At this point, a squad split was approved and FK would go on to split to create Aztec. With the squad split complete, HiTmAn would ascend to the rank of Co-Founder and overlooking [[FK LE]] and [[Aztec LE]]. FK would go on to reach capacity again, and another squad split was approved. This squad split would result in the creation of [[Troy LE]]. With the second FK squad split completed, HiTmAn would be promoted to Founder.

*Created by [[KSI LEGACY 7]], Lost Empire was not a split division; divisions started from scratch were not uncommon at this time and Lost Empire proved that it works. Throughout the many years that LE existed many leaders were created. [[KSI TEX 7]], [[J3xRG]], and [[KSI CadJuice 7]], to name a few. [[KSI LEGACY 7]]- creator of LE - eventually moved on to become a Co-Creator. As far as history shows, Lost Empire was one of many divisions that departed KSI Global in 2011 when [[KSI FuzzyMeep 7]] created his alternate KSI gaming community. (written by [[KSI Chaoticz 7]])
**During the split of 2011, the Division Leader asked the various squad leaders what they'd like to do. Squads were torn in terms of which way to go, however, there was a slight favor to leaving with [[KSI FuzzyMeep 7]]. [[KSI Spazbit|KSI Spazbit 7]] (then Division Leader at the time) gave the decision to stay or go to the then Founder, [[KSI x HiTmAn|KSI x HiTmAn 7]], as [[KSI Spazbit|KSI Spazbit 7]] was staying either way. This individual would further consult with Co-Founders and Squad Leaders within the Division before deciding to follow Fuzzy. One Squad Leader within LE decided to leave KSI altogether with their squad, leading to the loss of [[Atlantis LE]].

*[[Lost Empire]] was founded bizarrely. [[Rangers]] was banned from KSI and then unblacklisted some of us and brought us into LE. LE was a bunch of outcasts mixed with one squad that [[KSI SE7EN 7]] led personally with all the big wigs at the time to fill a squad up faster than any before. They built it in a day… and it fell quickly. Eventually, I would lead it with [[KSI x Joe x 7]] and [[KSI Shelby]]. There was drama around Shelby and I dating but it was actually Joe and Shelby and we were all removed, though Se7en as usual quickly apologized and undid his decision. (written by [[J3xRG]])

*After an unexpected split from [[Twisted Reality]] {TR}, the resurrected [[Lost Empire]] - under [[KSI Mizz Airy 7]]’s leadership - has seen great growth, success, and achievement. Growing from around 100 members to over 200 within a month. The most recent example of their success is [[Rome LE]], a Destiny squad that split in the early days of May.

At the onset of 2016, [[Twisted Reality]] {TR} performed the first Destiny squad split. [[Darkness TR]], with [[KSI Mizz Airy]] as General, split into [[Light TR]], with [[KSI BlazeDaily]] taking [[Darkness TR]] as General and [[KSI Spoonz]] taking [[Light TR]] as Major. When [[Twisted Reality]] {TR} split into [[Lost Empire]] {LE} [[KSI Spoonz]] renamed [[Light TR]] to [[Rome LE]] and split the squad into [[Thinis LE]]. [[KSI Anubis 7]] assumed control over [[Rome LE]] while [[KSI rave nite 7]] took [[Thinis LE]].

Almost a month following the division split and [[KSI Anubis 7]] has split [[Rome LE]] into [[Olympus LE]], thus moving up to Co-Founder. We asked him how he felt about splitting his squad and being given this new responsibility, “I feel great and proud. I fully believe that both squads are going to be successful in every way possible. As for my responsibilities as a Co-Founder I am going to do my very best to help out everyone that I can and be the role model that the new leadership of both squads can look up to as well as other squad leaders”

[[KSI PissedMoose]] was promoted from Major to General over [[Rome LE]] upon the split. [[KSI PissedMoose]] has been close to the General position multiple times before. Previously a Captain in [[Beowulf WD]] before it was shut down, he worked extremely hard within his squad. When we asked him how it felt to finally be given a squad of his own he said, “Honestly it's kind of surreal. I have been striving for this goal for a long time now and have worked my butt off to get where I am and I am just happy to see my hard work paying off.”

We were interested in what goals [[KSI PissedMoose]] had for his squad in the near future, he stated, “My goals for Rome are to create future leaders. Because of the way Destiny has declined in popularity and has made it very hard to recruit on, my intention is to focus more on moulding the future Leaders of KSI. Now that doesn't mean we won't be looking to build, that's a given, but my primary focus is those future Generals that I see in my squad."

Additionally, [[KSI Tig3rs]] was promoted from 1CPT to Major over [[Olympus LE]]. Moving up from Captain to having his own squad is a big responsibility and step, from what I have heard about [[KSI Tig3rs]], his patience and determination are what makes him the ideal candidate to run a squad. First recruited into [[Darkness TR]] by KSI Spoonz, KSI Tig3rs began to soak up knowledge about KSI pretty quickly. We’ve heard scary stories about his PvP skill too…

Although congratulations are due towards [[KSI Anubis 7]] and his team for splitting [[Rome LE]], we cannot forget the person in the boss chair. [[KSI Mizz Airy 7]] took one squad from [[Twisted Reality]] (TR), one squad from [[Final Reality]] (FR), and the remnants of [[Blades of the Eternal]] (BE) the PS4 Division. With these 3 squads, [[KSI Mizz Airy 7]] has turned Lost Empire into a division with 7 squads. A remarkable feat in just over a month.

Overall, it seems that [[Lost Empire]] is a tight division that likes to keep its members close together no matter if they split or not. [[KSI YinKo]] is even running a Destiny tournament that involves: [[Rome LE]], [[Olympus LE]], and [[Thinis LE]]! Great to see these three squads working well together and leading KSI on the Destiny front!
