Social Media

I (Ghoulina) would like to personally congratulate @!KSI Asuna 7 (H-SL) SM Supv. on their promotion to Social Media Supervisor! The time I have gotten to spend with this team will be invaluable in the experiences I have been able to have! I have seen many come and go and have seen many grow within this team! I am excited to hand it over to her and @Kitty (V)|Social Media as the team leader! I have no doubt they will do great things together!

Formally Wiki and AAP

The Wiki Team and AAP Team have merged together to handle the duties that both teams were currently conducting as they had crossover. This should better help both teams making sure pages are updated and facilitate a more unified AAP and Wiki experience for the members. With the merge the team's leadership felt it was necessary to rename the team as well. The team will now be called Archives. Thank you to @KSI Void (I-SL|Mod|Arch Sup|GFX) and @KSI Kl0WnZy 7 (SR Co-Div) for their work with their teams and in making sure this merge was a success. I look forward to the future success of the Archives Team with your leadership.

@ShadowFox7(EOCoDiv/ETL) has been one of the most important team players in Events Team, with her knowledge and skills regarding chatting and communication she was a shoe-in for Events Team Lead!

Please spam her with love and appreciation for the work she puts in getting you guys active and gaming with some wicked events!

Archives would like to present 8 new awards for our Department members to be able to achieve. Each one of the awards listed have a time requirement of 6 months of tenure in the respective team to be able to obtain it. Recipe for Ghoul’s homemade Hamburger Helper!

2.25lbs of lean ground beef

About 3tbs of whatever all purpose seasoning you prefer

2tbs of onion powder
2 tbs minced garlic fresh minced or from jar (in water preferred)

1 32oz block Velveeta

About 2 cups milk or heavy cream
1lb or 16oz box of pasta of your choice

You can add a can or 2 of rotel or 2 cans of diced potatoes if you want to add to the heartiness of the meal

1. Cook ground beef strain when done

2. Cook pasta when ground beef is about down per box instructions

3. While those cook diced up in small blocks the Velveeta cheese and add to the cooked and strained ground beef

4. Add any additions

5. Add heavy cream or milk

6. Add pasta once the cheese has fully melted and stir to combine

Events Team (formally T & E)

This month the Events Team will be designing a tentative schedule throughout the rest of 2025. If you are interested in joining the Events Team or Web Ops in general make sure to apply today in applications! We have a **BIG** year planned in 2025 and need your help to make it happen!

2025 Events Projects Include:
Divisional-based HeadHunters (Think squad battles competitive but div v. div).
Season 1 is planned to start in Late March!
We need 5-6 people to help DaKeechZ203 run this series!

- Valentines Day is getting close and KSI is switching it up!

Are you tired of the cute and sappy Valentine's Day Card? Maybe you want that 9 point buck displayed on your card? Or how about that brand new sports car you just bought? Or maybe you just wanna cover every inch of your card in glitter!

This year KSI is holding an Ugly Valentines Day Card contest.

From February 3 until February 15th you will be able to submit your Ugliest Valentines Day Card. We will pick the top 5 and then **YOU** get to vote on the top 3. Winners get a vanity role "Glittery Gremlins" through February.

The rules are simple. Cards can be hand written or graphically made NO AI. No nswf content. Submissions close 2/15 at 5pm EST.

PROFILE PICTURE OF THE MONTH

PFP of the Month is an opportunity for any member of the community who enjoys designing to participate in creating and showcasing their artwork! For the month of March, the theme will be St. Patrick's Day. Each designer will have 2 weeks (February 14th-28th, 2025) to submit their profile picture based on the theme chosen for that month of March. Once all submissions have been entered, the community will then have 2 days (March 1st-2nd) to vote on which they think is the best! The Winner will be announced on March 3rd, 2025!

All entries should be submitted to KSI IronBear 7 in a private message via discord message.

PFP Rules:

- 1: Do not criticize the entries!

- 2: Anyone may enter the PFP-OTM.

- 3: PFP’s MUST be within 1500x1500 pixels.

- 4: PFP’s MUST be in either PNG format or JPEG format.

- 5: ANIMATION is absolutely NOT ALLOWED.

- 6: All PFP’s must follow the KSI CoC and PG13.

- 7: All Results are FINAL.

- 8: DO NOT SHOW OFF YOUR ENTRY TO ANYONE UNTIL VOTING HAS ENDED AND A WINNER HAS BEEN CHOSEN!

- 9: All Entries will be voted anonymously by the members of KSI!

- 10: If your entry is found in the discord or anywhere else before voting has ended, you will be disqualified.

After several months of feedback from the community and several attempts made to change how the team runs the decision was made to shut down the hype squad as a team. We truly appreciate the work that the team members have put into it every week. Leadership will work with the team members to help them find a team that they want to take part in inside of the Web Ops Departments.

Major Announcement: We have made peace with Angels of Anarchy or AoA and partnered with them to help foster a better clan scene. Both AoA and KSI have agreed to end any hostility that might be happening between our members currently in any aspect whether on discord, social media, or in a gaming lobby. It is KSI's goal to remain neutral and bridge the gaps between communities so that all gamers can have fun. If you see their members online, please be friendly with them and not hostile. In addition, if you are recruiting someone and they mention they were part of AoA please reach out to intel so we can verify with them. If any AoA members attack you or cause issues for you and you have the evidence to prove that it happened please send it to Hero, Frosty, or Iron Bear to take care of with the AoA leadership. We look forward to a brighter future the more we work together.

IGY6 is having a Veterans hangout night at 5pm Eastern on Saturday 2/8/25, hosted by KSI JackV2. This event is for veterans only!

Digital Services

KSI Katana 7 has been a constant within the Digital Services area of the Web Ops Department helping to teach and mentor many members in graphics, streaming, content creation, and helping make sure social media has what they need to make the posts. She has created many of the graphics and overlays we see on streams and throughout the server. Her dedication to making the Digital Services area better has helped us meet or exceed expectations of the members. It is with pride that we announce her promotion to Senior Director of Digital Services. With her leadership we expect to go into a new era with the Digital Services side of our department. Congratulations to her!

Graphics

Due to the influx of requests that the Graphics Team have been receiving in the last few weeks, we have made the decision to extend the requesting process from every 30 days to every 60 days. This is to ensure that every member that has yet to request an image has the opportunity to have an image made instead of having to wait long periods of time. This is also to help reduce the workload for the graphics team members as well as prevent the same members from requesting a new image every 30 days. This also allows our artists to focus more on details and provide higher quality graphics to our wonderful members.

Please make sure that when requesting new images, members are reading the https://discord.com/channels/379009221255102465/1260230187510005760 and following the proper template that is found in the link. Any request that does not follow the format will be Denied Incomplete and will be closed out.

The Graphics Template has also changed, Sub texts now will only be allowed 15 characters including spaces. This is to ensure that the image itself is not swamped with letters that will be squished into an image that is created, for example on a profile picture. Color preferences will be limited to a max of 3 colors as this will ensure the colors are not all over the place and scattered.

As a reminder, all images that are requested are required to be PG13 at all times. Any that is found to be inappropriate in any way will automatically be Denied and Closed down.

Again, we appreciate each and every one of you for being so patient with us while we do our best to get your request done in a timely manner.
